What is the purpose of 'live chat'?
The live chat is a support tool that allows you to submit a question or problem to a member of the PTS support staff in an instant messaging environment.  It allows us to quickly answer simple questions that are not as in-depth or involved as one requiring a telephone call.  Note: Live chat may not work in Firefox or Opera browsers
